Regret working hard...

I have been working too hard on my release from my current project, as I have to move to Hyderabad. Moving from one branch to another is a tough task in any company. As long as you are with one domain (Banking / Retail etc) and give your 100% to your work, you are worshipped and you feel like things are falling in place. But as you decide to shift to a different domain, then you are inviting troubles for yourself. Lot of false promises happens, that your interests are being taken care of. Actually its not. That is it. The trust vanishes and you take extreme actions and try to take complete control of the situation. After all its your career in stake here.
With all my experience in IT, I now understood that one should not work so hard that it would make himself/herself irreplaceable. People find difficult to lose you as your work has been appreciated all the way. Thats a bad sign for you :)... in a way!!!. You get stuck with the same kind of job for years together.
I have a some more struggles lined up for me to get a transfer to Hyderabad branch. Things are not that easy for me now. Life has been so stressful these days. Hope things change for better, & I , once again, get to see happy days!!!...
